Rise Up Grant

Two x $3,000 cash grants plus 30 hours of studio use, supporting artists to develop new work toward an informal showing in the Underground Theatre at the Brisbane Powerhouse on Saturday 5 July 2026.

Share your work with a live audience and be part of the Ascend Showcase. A real celebration of dance featuring works from professional artists, studios and schools and showcasing a broad range of dance practices.

Dialogue

Artists are invited to take part in forums, panels and sector conversations that explore contemporary practice, care and responsibility, and the realities of working in dance today. These sessions offer space to exchange ideas, learn from peers and leaders, and strengthen professional pathways within the dance ecosystem.
